Why spiral method

Recent advances in mobile technology have led to ever-increasing demands for specialized software for these device Additionally, the need for mobility has introduced unique limitations such as context, connectivity, size, different display resolution, and data entry methods that influence on the apps’ usability. These limitations can generate usability errors that could increase the risk levels especially in contexts like finance, health, education or road navigation. Spiral process is designed to integrate usability into existing application development process and endorses usability techniques to assess mobile apps.We use this model because it is most appropriate for large, expensive, and complicated projects and aims to be a risk reduction model. The process is highly iterative; so that the design can be evaluated with our clients to make sure it meets their requirements.

Our process

  1. Step 1 : At the beginning we do an in depth research to define the clients requirements are as much detail as possible. This usually involves interviewing a number of users representing all the external or internal users and other aspects of the existing system.
  2. Step 2 : Based on the findings from the research we create a preliminary design of the system for our client.
  3. Step 3 : Focused on that preliminary design our development team develops the first prototype of the new system.. This is usually a scaled-down system, and represents an approximation of the characteristics of the final product.
  4. Step 4 : Then we develop A second which is evolved by a fourfold procedure:
    • evaluating the first prototype in terms of its strengths, weaknesses, and risks;
    • defining the requirements of the second prototype;
    • planning and designing the second prototype;
    • constructing and testing the second prototype.
  5. Step 5 : We reiterate the same former steps until our honorable client are satisfied that the refined prototype represents the final product desired.
  6. Step 6 : Then we construct the final system, based on the refined prototype.
  7. Step 7 : We thoroughly evaluate and test the final system. When it meets our clients satisfaction we launch the new application. Routine maintenance is carried out on a continuing basis to prevent large-scale failures and to minimize downtime.
